TITLE: Discover partners , organise working method, choose communication tools
Priority objectives of activity C1:
- Learning: discover the French school system
- Training: train in communication tools, create the model of the book of mascots
- Teaching: introduce students to their country their school and their mascot during class sessions
Cross-functional objectives / life and project management:
-Identify the partners, organize the group, validate the division of tasks and the organization of the year 1
- validate the working methodology and the shared tools of collaboration implement the mascot activity
More than 60 people participated to this activity :
17 administratives and teachers from the 5 hosted countries and at least 50 local teachers, institutionals, parents and social and educative partners of the school
Short-term training activities have been planned to be integrated with the normal and regular school activities and related to the project goals
-School visit and class visit - to meet students and make the project more tangible by exchanging objects, gifts made by children - to observe and discuss practices
-Visit other schools or structures related to the school - to discover and question the modes of organization
-Information conference on the local education system - to compare school systems with policy choices, local constraints and how life issues are resolved school

-Culinary and cultural discovery evening - to create social bonds and discover local cultures and intangible heritage, to meet families, encourage them to participate, highlight the values of sharing and exchange
-Working meeting - to exchange on past activities evaluate them and refine the steps for future activities, to settle the organizational questions, adapt and evolve the initial project according to its progress - to elaborate the photo album of the mascots

As a result of this activity:
- A dedicated space of cultural and pedagogical information has been shared.
- The decisions to drive the project have been taken for the 1st year.
